The Brazil is made from hand selected Hard Maple boards and finished with a process called "Shou Sugi Ban", that chars the wood to a deep chocolate color.  This graceful and elegant design is so versatile it can perfectly serve up your favorite barbecue or the finest charcuterie.
 
Because it is made from Hard Maple, you can even use it as a cutting/chopping board!  The more you use this board the more beautiful it will get.
 
Each board will have it's own charcter.  The grain pattern and colors will vary from board to board.  I recomend getting a whole set of them!
